Qualifications

• Experience supporting attorneys and case teams in complex matters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Supports lawyers by preparing drafts of legal documents and correspondence.
• Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information for attorney review.
• Coordinates between attorneys, clients, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Develops budgets for cases and client relationships.
• Trains and mentors junior staff and paralegals.
• Acts as primary contact for clients and manages case-related communications.
