Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal, legal studies, or related field.
• California Paralegal requirements experience.
• 10+ years’ paralegal experience in a practice group.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develops case knowledge to design tracking systems for cases/matters.
• Streamlines task execution and creates efficiencies.
• Coordinate between attorneys, clients, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Manage budgets for cases/matters and client relationships, within firm parameters.
• Supervise case assistants, paralegals, and attorneys; act as hub for cases/matters.
• Mentor and SME to associates and paralegals; conduct trainings.
