Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of legal billing experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-billing is required and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client billing processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with attorneys and accounting leadership to deliver timely billing services.
• Open and maintain client and matter records, including rates and contacts.
• Review engagement letters for billing compliance and configure systems.
• Submit e-bills and manage prebills and related workflows.
• Support internal audits and respond to billing inquiries.
