Relativity is hiring a Legal AI Advisor to help lawyers adopt Relativity aiR and the new claiR AI experience in the US. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption at scale across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting and requires a JD, Bar admission, and 7+ years of practice with strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills to

Qualifications

• JD with Bar admission and 7+ years in law practice.
• Experience in client-facing roles and in-house or firm litigation.
• Strong ability to translate legal workflows to AI-enabled processes.
• Excellent communication to engage both legal and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with product teams.
• Enable post-sales adoption and measure value realization.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product direction.
