Job summary
Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our lawyer-focused conversational AI. You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and support customers across the lifecycle to drive AI adoption at scale.
In this role you will engage law firms, corporate legal teams, and service providers, translating complex legal workflows into practical AI-enabled processes,
Qualifications
- JD and bar admission required.
- 10+ years of law practice experience (AmLaw a plus).
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for legal and executive audiences.
- Curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
- Experience in client-facing roles (advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
- First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate teams.
- Drive pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations linking Relativity AI to use cases.
- Guide post-sales adoption, onboarding, and ongoing value realization.
- Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing.
- Bridge legal and technical workflows to optimize AI adoption.
