Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers adopt Relativity's AI platform and our aiR experience. You will engage lawyers, drive pre-sales and adoption, and guide value realization across the customer journey.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting in the US, focusing on scale adoption of AI within legal workflows. Strong legal experience and AI curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a JD with bar admission.
• 10+ years practicing law at a firm and/or in-house.
• Strong understanding of lawyers' workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR and legal AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales conversations and tailor product demos.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with clients.
• Act as voice of the legal customer for product feedback and playbooks.
• Bridge legal workflows with AI features to improve efficiency.
