Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Leave and Disability to oversee the policy and administration of leave and disability programs across facilities nationwide. You will lead the team administering leave requests and accommodations in accordance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA and related laws.

The role involves analyzing trends, building relationships with senior leaders, and delivering strategic long-term plans that improve service delivery and business results.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least 3 years’ experience in leave administration.
• Experience coordinating employee leaves (medical, personal, FMLA, or ADA).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Superior interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy and administration of leave and disability programs for facilities nationwide.
• Assist with leading the team that administers leaves and accommodations per applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, etc.).
• Interpret and administer leave and disability programs in line with federal/state laws.
• Compile and monitor leave trends, set benchmarks, and drive solutions with senior leaders.
• Provide transformational leadership and long-term plans to deliver business results.
