Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Coordinator, Leave Management to perform a broad set of HR-related tasks including data entry, managing inquiries, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing the associate experience.

The role focuses on Leave and Accommodation benefits, auditing, and reporting to meet SLA requirements, with expected on-site presence at least three days per week in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience or 1 year of payroll experience or 1 year of benefits experience or a combination.
• 1+ years experience with Workday HR System (preferred).
• 1+ years experience with case management systems (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience with leave programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry of Associate and vendor information.
• Triaging and routing Associate inquiries through ticketing system.
• Work with vendors to monitor administration of Leave and Accommodation benefits.
• Perform regular audits of leave management data to maintain compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance to associates with questions concerning leave management options.
