Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional in Bethesda, MD. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction through the lease term.

Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing leases. You will also monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing the lease and move-in package, ensuring smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in ready condition; schedule items for maintenance.
• Stay informed about market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies related to concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet standards; coordinate maintenance and upkeep; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal program with letters, packages, and meetings before move-out dates.
