Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies for our rental community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases and move-in documents to ensure occupancy and revenue targets.

You will coordinate marketing plans, track traffic with OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show units to meet our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with market conditions and local occupancy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals: greet prospects, tours, applications, screenings, leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data for residents and prospects.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance and upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewals and packages, and contact renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
