Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic using on-site marketing and online tools.
• Track availability and leasing activity in property software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond quickly to resident or owner questions and resolve issues.
