Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leasing staff to achieve exceptional leasing and closing results.
• Train, motivate and mentor Leasing Specialists.
• Assist in off-site and on-site promotions and resident events.
• Coordinate off-site marketing programs with employers to promote Highmark communities.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal programs.
• Maintain updated market surveys and understand market comparables.
• Support the Property Manager with marketing and special projects.
