Job summary

GMH Communities in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Manager of Leasing to lead the leasing team, meet occupancy goals, and ensure excellent resident relations while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

The Leasing Manager oversees consultants, coordinates events, develops marketing plans, and drives social media outreach to generate leases and renewals. Strong student housing experience and proficiency with Yardi or Entrata are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in student housing preferred.
• Leasing and sales experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or Entrata systems.
• Strong social media marketing and Canva/Adobe skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leasing responsibilities: Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct phone, online, and in-person sales with prospective residents and renewals.
• In conjunction with the leasing team, develop, plan, and execute all leasing events and activities.
• In conjunction with the leasing team, develop, plan and execute all resident retention events.
• Maintain understanding of the market/competitors by completing market surveys.
• Lead tours, process and close leases, maintain accurate lease files.
• Provide training, instruction, and support to all leasing team members.
• Show off our community by prioritizing curb appeal and market knowledge.
