GMH Communities in Marietta, GA is seeking a Manager of Leasing to lead leasing operations, drive occupancy, and supervise leasing consultants. The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with housing laws, and collaboration with the General Manager.

Responsibilities include leasing events, market surveys, marketing plans, and social media campaigns to attract residents and optimize occupancy. A strong background in student housing and leasing sales is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in student housing—Strongly Preferred
• Leasing and sales experience—Required
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite, preferred
• Proficient in social media marketing
• Demonstrated ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training
• Experience leading a high-performing sales team
• Experience with Yardi or Entrata systems
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Zoom, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Leasing responsibilities: collect and secure rental payments
• Conduct phone, online, and in person sales with prospective residents and renewals
• Develop, plan, and execute all leasing events and activities
• Develop, plan and execute resident retention events
• Maintain understanding of the market/competitors through market surveys
• Lead tours, process and close leases, maintain lease files
• Provide training and support to leasing team members
• Highlight curb appeal and in-depth market knowledge
