Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Manager, Leasing to lead and develop a team of 8-12 Leasing Consultants, driving net leases and occupancy through coaching, daily huddles, and KPI-focused oversight.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, uphold sales standards, and deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and associates in a fast-paced, on-site hub environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team of 8-12 Leasing Consultants; through 1:1s, daily huddles, and call coaching.
• Drive the Sales Mission benefiting company, associates, and prospects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive results.
• Promote excellence by supporting growth of associates at all levels.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide daily coaching to associates.
• Create and adjust sales tactics aligned with community needs.
• Achieve weekly Net App Targets, Service Standards, and leadership playbook responsibilities.
