You will coach, monitor KPIs, and implement effective sales tactics, while maintaining strong knowledge of communities and apartment homes.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of Sales Leadership experience
• Experience leading a sales team of 6-10
• Property management or multi-family/B2C sales management preferred
• Proven track record of hitting revenue/quota targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Top-producing seller or sales leader in an inside sales environment
• Motivated to coach leasing associates to exceed KPIs
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including phone, email, and Zoom etiquette
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft suite and CRM usage
• Availability for five days each week, including weekends
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance at the centralized sales hub

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing performance across assigned communities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-12 Leasing Consultants through 1:1s, daily team huddles, and daily call coaching
• Drive the Sales Mission benefiting the company, associates, and prospects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive results
• Promote associate growth and excellence
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide daily coaching
• Create, implement, and adjust sales tactics aligned with community needs
• Achieve Weekly Net App Targets, Service Standards, and leadership playbook responsibilities
• Facilitate remote leasing from a centralized hub to achieve occupancy and leasing targets
• Convert inbound leads into tours and tours into leases
• Coach and monitor sales calls for Sales Process and Service Standard adherence
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development
• Conduct one-on-ones and lead daily huddles to track KPIs and align team priorities
• Manage community occupancy, rent, and leasing goals with accountability to results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned communities and apartment homes
