Job summary

Prologis seeks a Director of Leasing based in Sterling, VA, responsible for leasing strategy, market relationships and maximizing portfolio value. The role partners with brokers, property management and construction teams to manage Prologis' Northern Virginia portfolio.

Key duties include leading marketing, sourcing acquisitions, and guiding underwriting and due diligence while driving revenue and brand presence across 4.6 million square feet.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in asset management, leasing and brokerage, with sourcing, negotiating and executing commercial leases.
• Must have a current Real Estate sales license in Virginia or obtain within six months; company covers costs.
• Strong communication, decisiveness and ability to build partnerships with peers and stakeholders.
• Proven drive for results, bottom-line focus, and ability to close deals.
• Extensive background in institutional real estate and investments; experience in underwriting and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Leasing leadership with market knowledge and relationships with brokers and clients.
• Lead marketing strategy for Prologis Northern Virginia Market (4.6 million sq ft).
• Coordinate with construction teams for space build-out and interface with architects/engineers.
• Identify and pursue acquisition targets and new business initiatives; participate in underwriting and due diligence.
• Monitor leasing KPIs and drive initiatives for revenue growth and brand presence.
