Prologis in Sterling, VA seeks a Director of Leasing to lead leasing strategies for the Northern Virginia portfolio, coordinating with brokers, customers and internal teams. You will drive market presence, negotiate leases and guide capital deployment efforts to maximize portfolio value.

The role requires 7+ years in asset management/leasing, a valid VA real estate license or plan to obtain it within six months, and a proven track record in closing commercial real estate deals.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in asset management, leasing and brokerage.
• Virginia Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates extensive local market knowledge and strong external relationships with brokers and the real estate community.
• Establish a favorable market presence by cultivating relationships with brokerage and real estate communities, government officials and customers.
• Proficient in all areas of Leasing with a commercial mindset and focus on maximizing revenues and branding for Prologis.
• Coordinate with Market Officer on capital deployment activities.
• Interface with project management teams to ensure roadmap and space planning for customers.
• Identify, negotiate and execute on acquisitions and new business opportunities; participate in underwriting and due diligence.
• Track and improve leasing KPI's, customer centricity, and operations initiatives.
• Oversee support staff to ensure quality work and adherence to policies.
