• Licensed real estate sales license in Virginia or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts for Prologis Northern Virginia market, ~4.6M sq ft.
• Develop market relationships with brokers, customers, and local real estate community.
• Coordinate with property management and construction teams on space planning and buildouts.
• Identify acquisition targets, participate in underwriting and due diligence, and drive revenue growth.
