Job summary

Prologis in the Lehigh Valley, PA, is seeking a Real Estate & Customer Experience Property Manager to oversee about 12 million sq ft of industrial facilities. You will manage customer relationships across e-commerce, logistics and warehouse operations, working with a local team of ~17 to address leases, safety and service needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties.
• Current Real Estate sales license in Pennsylvania or able to obtain within six months.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with data processing and variance reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by communicating lease terms, move-in/move-out, inspections, and repairs.
• Build long-term relationships across the customer portfolio and anticipate needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning Prologis services with customer needs.
• Use CRM tools including Salesforce to gather data, monitor metrics, and derive insights.
• Analyze and administer leases to ensure accurate interpretation of obligations.
• Negotiate and manage bids for service agreements to keep properties safe and well-maintained.
• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgets, and variance reporting to meet goals.
