Job summary

Prologis in Sterling, Virginia, seeks a Director of Leasing to lead leasing for 4.6 million square feet in the Northern Virginia market. You will partner with local brokers, manage customer relationships and coordinate with in-house teams to maximize portfolio value.

The role requires a Virginia real estate license or the ability to obtain one within six months, plus a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asset management, leasing and brokerage experience including sourcing, negotiating and executing commercial leases/contracts.
• Current Virginia Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain license within six months; company covers associated costs and time.
• Excellent communication, decisiveness and stakeholder management; strong partnerships with peers and external parties.
• Proven track record in real estate transactions, underwriting and closing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned listing brokerage teams and maximize portfolio value through proactive leasing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and customers; collaborate with property management and construction teams.
• Lead marketing strategy for Prologis Northern Virginia market (~4.6 million sq ft).
• Identify, negotiate and execute acquisition targets and new business opportunities; assist in underwriting and due diligence.
• Prioritize KPIs in Leasing, customer centricity and operational excellence; oversee staff to ensure quality work.
