This position is located in Washington, D.C.

The Company is seeking a Director of Leasing to lead the Company’s leasing function across its portfolio and help grow the leasing practice. This is a highly visible role for an experienced commercial real estate leasing professional who can combine hands‑on transaction execution with strategic thinking, relationship development, and business generation. The scope of direct team management will be determined as the role is finalized.

Working directly with the Company’s principals and collaborating with its property management, construction management, and development teams, the Director will shape leasing strategy, strengthen relationships with landlords, tenants, and the brokerage community, and identify opportunities to expand the firm’s leasing and related service assignments. The portfolio is primarily office, including company‑owned and client properties, with occasional retail, flex, or warehouse assignments. The Company also undertakes leasing and sales brokerage assignments.

The opportunity is well suited to a self‑directed, entrepreneurial professional who values a close‑knit team, enjoys working directly with firm leadership, and wants meaningful autonomy and visibility into the impact of their work.

CLIENT DESCRIPTION

Our client is a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Washington, D.C., focused primarily on the office market. Its portfolio includes a distinctive mix of downtown and Dupont Circle office properties, along with properties in Maryland and Virginia suburbs. The Company’s work is grounded in long-standing client relationships, with many owners, investors, and tenants returning to the firm over decades.
