You will deliver personalized tours, highlight floorplans and local amenities, and convert leads into residents while upholding superior service and community standards. Weekend availability is required to capture peak traffic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and presentations to prospective residents, matching needs with floorplans and amenities.
• Drive leasing performance through targeted campaigns, outreach, and social media.
• Follow up with leads, provide tailored updates, and build resident relationships.
• Support a high-traffic leasing process with weekend availability (Saturday).
