Job summary

Vivmark Residential, a major owner/manager of apartments, seeks a Leasing Consultant in Boston to market communities, follow up on leads, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You’ll drive tours, close leases, and support marketing while maintaining property appearance and operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and solid communication and organizational skills; knowledge of property mgmt software and Google Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Experience with property management software and Google Suite.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales leads and promote the community with information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
• Invite and conduct community tours and work to close leases.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to online presence.
• Explain lease provisions and policies; manage move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Process leasing documents, payments, and move-in steps.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.
