Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Denver is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities. You will be the face of the community, delivering exceptional service and guiding residents through the leasing process.

You will conduct personalized tours, recommend floor plans, and craft outreach to convert leads. Weekend availability is required to meet high demand and maximize occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents.
• Lead tours and help residents select floor plans.
• Develop tailored outreach and follow up on leads.
• Maintain knowledge of market and community amenities.
• Weekend availability including Saturdays is required.
