You will lead lease-up strategy, budgeting, and coordination with development, marketing, and property management to ensure timely stabilization.

The role demands deep experience in leasing up projects, knowledge of affordable housing requirements, and the ability to manage budgets and concessions across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing up new/underperforming multifamily communities.
• Experience with affordable housing and LIHTC compliance required.
• Marketing and leasing strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the lease-up strategy for new communities.
• Develop and manage lease-up schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with property management and marketing for resident plans and intake processes.
• Approve concessions, rent discounts and other specials; set performance-based incentives.
