RBM Partners is seeking a Portfolio Lease-Up Specialist to drive occupancy growth across multiple communities within our portfolio. This role focuses on lease-up properties, newly acquired assets, and communities needing leasing support.

You will lead lease-up strategies, manage prospect follow-up, conduct tours, and collaborate with marketing. The position requires 2+ years in multifamily leasing, proficiency with AppFolio and CRM systems, and the ability to travel between communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily leasing experience with occupancy growth.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proficient in AppFolio and CRM systems; strong Office skills.
• Strong sales, prospecting, closing and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized; ability to manage multiple communities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between communities; valid driver's license.
• Experience mentoring leasing professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy growth by executing lease-up strategies.
• Provide leasing coverage across multiple communities.
• Support marketing, outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Deliver professional customer experience from first contact to move-in.
• Monitor performance and report on occupancy metrics.
