Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lease-Up Project Manager to oversee the lease-up process for new properties, coordinating leasing activities, move-ins, and unit turnover. This role ensures compliance with housing programs (Section 42, Section 8) and works with on-site teams to hit occupancy goals while reporting performance metrics to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in new construction lease-up.
• On-site Community Manager experience with leasing processes and property performance.
• Familiarity with housing programs and compliance requirements (Section 42, Section 8).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and leadership coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease-up process for multiple properties and coordinate leasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and local regulations.
• Develop move-in schedules to meet occupancy targets with on-site staff.
• Report property performance, occupancy and financial metrics to Regional Manager/VP.
• Process applicant files according to housing program requirements.
