Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Manager - Lease Administration to support FBI-related projects, handling lease and real estate management, portfolio analytics, space management, and facilities oversight of a large, complex portfolio.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience in federal real property or facilities management. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, with exposure to government accounting and reporting

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in real property, facilities, or asset portfolios for federal agencies or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, organize, and report lease data in lease management system.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts receivable and payable for lease info.
• Research and resolve critical issues related to payment transactions and lease terms.
• Prepare lease abstracts and edit for accuracy; support reports with narratives.
• Track payables/receivables for leases; run rent rolls and export files for accounting.
• Prepare invoices for subtenants; reconcile subtenant accounts and verify invoice data.
• Perform annual operating expense reconciliations; monitor audit windows and requirements.
• Assist manager with periodic and ad hoc reports; design reports using various tools.
• Distribute critical date reports and maintain tickler system for deadlines.
• Create and maintain client lease files with current information.
• Real estate license preferred; CPM or RPA preferred.
