Guidehouse is seeking a Construction Program Manager to support Federal Client projects including design/build, space management, facilities management and real estate. The role involves on-site oversight during mobilization, construction, commissioning and occupancy, and leadership of a multi-disciplinary PM team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret clearance with 15+ years in construction or project management, and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree; five years of additional construction, facility, project management, or related experience may substitute for degree.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in Construction, Facility or Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy.
• Lead the Project Management Team to ensure timeliness, completeness and quality of multiple construction projects.
• Interface with clients to define requirements.
• Oversee construction and renovation of government real property.
• Manage a multi-faceted project with coordination among government agency, clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Develop charters, change control, contingency planning and lessons learned.
• Track metrics, update logs, lead meetings ensuring user needs and schedules are met.
• Prepare scope of work, technical reviews and reports.
