Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks a Planning Manager to oversee the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of federal real estate projects.

Required is at least 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience, and proven ability to manage federal leasing processes, pre-lease planning, and agency requirements.

Owner’s Project Management Firm That Specializes In Assisting Federal Agencies Is Seeking a Planning Manager. Candidates MUST Have At Least 10 Years’ Experience Managing The Planning, Design, Construction, And Occupancy Of Real Estate Projects. Specific Experience Should Include
