Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee operations for a facility or portfolio. You will manage maintenance, capital projects, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with security clearances.

Role requires active DoD/Secret clearance and strong financial analysis, communication, and leadership skills. Travel up to 10% and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Secret/Top Secret clearance required.
• Associates degree with 8 years experience may substitute.
• 4 years facilities management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial terms; advanced financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive client relationships; attends meetings.
• Oversees repair, maintenance, and vendor/contractor work.
• Reviews work orders for completion; coordinates moves and changes.
• Prepares capital project and operating budgets; variance reports.
• Manages vendor relationships and billing procedures.
• Ensures accurate cost center coding and invoice processing.
• Conducts financial analyses and prepares reports.
• Leads employees within a single function or area.
• Manages site preventive maintenance and recycling programs.
