Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager - Lease Administration to support FBI-related projects, overseeing lease and real estate management, portfolio analytics, space, and facilities management for a large portfolio.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree with four+ years in real property or asset management within federal contexts. Candidates should be adept at financial analysis, reporting, and coordinating complex real estate processes.

Formación

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret Federal or DoD clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and four or more years of experience in real property, facilities, or asset portfolios supporting federal agencies or federal contractors.
• Federal leasehold/real estate portfolio management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Input, maintain, organize, and report lease dates, values, and financial transactions in lease management software.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable/payable to keep lease information current.
• Assist manager in resolving client issues by researching payment terms and lease details.
• Prepare lease abstracts and edit for accuracy.
• Edit narratives to support computer-generated reports.
• Provide narratives on monthly variance reports and lease analysis for clients.
• Track payables/receivables and run client rent rolls from the portfolio database.
• Prepare invoices for subtenants and reconcile subtenant accounts.
