Colliers International seeks a Senior Lease Auditor to join a remote role across Georgia, the US, and other listed locations. The candidate will perform detailed lease expense audits, focusing on CAM, OPEX, taxes, insurance, and utilities while interpreting complex lease language and pass-throughs.

You will liaise with landlords, prepare summaries of findings, and support client accounts with audit progress and savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate lease administration or auditing is a plus.
• Knowledge of lease terms, pass-throughs, and expense reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-audit reviews of annual expense reconciliations for CAM, OPEX, taxes, insurance, utilities.
• Interpret lease provisions and landlord rights on pass-throughs; apply gross-up provisions and base years.
• Prepare final findings, communicate with landlords, and draft recovery invoices as needed.
• Coordinate with Lease Analysts and client communications on audit progress and outcomes.
