Job summary

Colliers is hiring a Senior Lease Auditor to join our Lease Administration/Audit team. The role focuses on pre-audit reviews of annual expense reconciliations, including CAM, OPEX, real estate taxes, insurance, and utilities, with emphasis on lease language and pass-through provisions.

You will interact with landlord representatives, review ledgers and tax bills, and prepare the final analysis and savings opportunities for clients. This is a remote position across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with CAM, OPEX, taxes, insurance, and utilities is expected.
• Familiarity with commercial lease language and cost pass-through provisions.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-audit expense reconciliations for accuracy and lease compliance.
• Interpret lease provisions related to landlord pass-throughs and expenses.
• Communicate with landlords to obtain backup documentation for audits.
• Prepare final findings and savings/recovery invoices for clients.
