Job summary

Boston Hire, LLC is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator/Lease Auditor to join a growing commercial real estate team in Massachusetts. The role blends lease administration, lease analysis, and property accounting, with a focus on OPEX/CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries.

You will review leases, prepare abstracts, audit operating expenses, and collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, Legal, and tenants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial lease administration or related real estate accounting.
• Experience with retail OPEX/CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease language and fiscal implications.
• Proficient in Excel and common business applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and analyze commercial leases and amendments.
• Prepare lease abstracts and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct OPEX/CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries analysis.
• Ensure billing is accurate per contractual terms.
• Address tenant inquiries about leases and expenses.
• Assist with lease amendments, notices, and filings.
• Monitor lease dates, renewals, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
