Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst in Waltham, MA. You will manage daily lease administration for a 400-location portfolio, maintain the Real Estate Database, and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely landlord billings and payments.

The role requires 5–8 years in lease administration, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is a hybrid position with some remote work flexibility and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Lease Administration experience.
• Ability to interpret and abstract complex Real Estate Lease terminology.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and its application.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lease administration for a portfolio of 400 locations.
• Review and draft lease abstracts, amendments, and notices.
• Maintain Real Estate Database and monitor critical lease dates.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on landlord billings and payments.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and budget planning.
