Job summary

Massachusetts Port Authority, based in East Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Learning and Talent Development Specialist to drive strategic learning initiatives, leadership development, and workforce capability across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to align development with business priorities, enhance onboarding, and elevate employee experiences through innovative learning technologies and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers impactful learning and development experiences that build employee, manager, and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational excellence.
• Partners across the organization to strengthen career development, workforce planning, and succession readiness by aligning talent development strategies with current business priorities and future workforce needs.
• Enhances the employee experience through onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives that promote belonging, accelerate integration, support career growth, and improve retention across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Leverages learning technologies, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to drive data-informed decision-making, measure workforce development outcomes, improve learning effectiveness, and advance organizational performance and capability.
