Job summary

InVision Human Services in Reading, PA seeks a Learning and Talent Development Manager to lead L&D staff and drive programs enhancing employee capability and growth. You will partner with leaders to assess needs, support onboarding, and deliver practical, compliant training aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires experience in instructional design, leadership development, and effective program facilitation, with travel as needed across PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years in learning and development with training, instructional design, talent development, and leadership.
• Experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate or Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop L&D staff with clear expectations and feedback.
• Manage learning operations: schedules, logistics, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance training, and leadership development programs.
• Assess learning needs with leaders and identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop and improve learning resources, facilitator guides, and training tools.
• Monitor training quality via data, attendance, and performance indicators; adjust as needed.
• Facilitate learning sessions and support change initiatives with the Director.
