Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce Learning & Development to spearhead an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy across the League and its network. This role leads academic partnerships, CME/CNE/CEU accreditation, and vendor relationships while guiding the LMS strategy, reporting, and credentialing programs.

You will manage a multi-pillar program including Workforce Pipeline Development, Member Education and Training, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Adult Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Certification such as CPTD, FACHE, or equivalent preferred; relevant LMS/EDU qualifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise learning and development strategy across the League and its network.
• Oversee academic partnerships, CME/CNE/CEU accreditation, and vendor relations.
• Manage the LMS, analytics, and reporting for instructional programs and outcomes.
• Do workforce development initiatives, budget management, and revenue strategies.
• Lead governance forums and executive leadership collaborations.
