Massport is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Leader to design and deliver programs across aviation, maritime, and commercial operations. You will partner with leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and foster a culture of continuous growth.

The role requires 8–15 years of L&D and talent management experience, expertise with LMS and virtual training, and a track record of building trusted relationships and driving outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OB, BA or related field.
• 8–15 years leading learning, development, and workforce development initiatives.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate across all levels while driving learning initiatives.
