Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Admin to provide advanced support for learning technologies and to administer the global Cornerstone LMS and Kahuna platforms. The role includes system integrations, reporting, and asset management to ensure a seamless associate learning experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Learning & Development and 3+ years of Cornerstone experience, with a healthcare background preferred. Location is the Vancouver support office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Learning & Development or equivalent education, training and experience.
• 3+ years Cornerstone (CSoD) experience, certification a plus.
• Experience implementing LMS for large-scale audiences with multiple locations.
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline a plus.
• Healthcare background (veterinary or human) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level support for learning technologies globally.
• Administer Cornerstone LMS and Kahuna platform configurations.
• Lead integrations and reporting to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Maintain data in data lake for compliance reporting.
• Support MVH Medical Library and SNOW ticketing with reporting.
• Collaborate with learning teams and partners to plan deliverables.
