Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Admin to provide advanced support for the Cornerstone LMS, Kahuna, and the MVH Medical Library. You will drive global initiatives and mentor a team of learning-system admins to optimize learner outcomes.

You will manage integrations with HR systems, enable robust reporting, and contribute to program design based on system capabilities. A healthcare background is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Learning & Development or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) with integration to HR systems.
• 3+ years Cornerstone (CSoD) experience; certification a plus.
• Experience implementing an LMS for a large-scale audience across locations.
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline is a plus.
• Healthcare background (veterinary or human) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration of company-wide system enhancements and implement new learning assets and curriculums.
• Lead and support learning system admins to maximize platform use.
• Build relationships with project learning teams and BU learning partners for planned deliverables.
• Manage system integrations for positive learner experience and reporting.
• Provide data lake reporting for compliance information and key learning inputs.
• Configure Kahuna and ensure system administration and reporting.
