Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Learning – High-Potential and Executive Development to lead the design, delivery, operations, and measurement of leadership development experiences across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR, business and learning leaders, and regularly interface with executives, external providers, coaches, and faculty to bring leadership development strategies to life through program management and continuous feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience planning, managing, and executing leadership development programs.
• Experience partnering with executives, external providers, coaches, and faculty.
• Strong program and project management across multiple priorities.
• Retail industry experience or Home Depot equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast training demand and schedule learning programs.
• Create broad, scalable approaches to learning solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of learning and development solutions.
• Monitor, measure, and report on program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, business and learning partners to drive execution.
