Job summary

Performance Contracting seeks a Senior Talent Specialist in Lenexa, KS to lead curriculum development, instructional design, and learning program support for PCG employees. You will partner with SMEs, event owners, and leaders to translate needs into effective training across instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended formats.

The role emphasizes project management, content quality, and lifecycle support from needs analysis through evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience editing, writing, designing, and developing instructional materials.
• At least 5 years of experience in courseware, curriculum, training, or technical documentation development and design.
• Experience managing course or curriculum development projects from end to end.
• Ability to manage the full learning lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery support, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and learning design using instructional design best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats.
• Support the full learning lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation and continuous improvement.
