You will partner with subject matter experts, event owners, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop curriculum strategies, and create instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development & Learning Design: identify training needs and develop goals, objectives, and curriculum strategies.
• Program Support & Effectiveness: support needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Collaboration, Communication & Project Management: oversee content development from inception to completion with strong PM skills.
