Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a Sr Manager, Learning & Organizational Development to translate business strategy into organization capability. You will diagnose needs, design interventions, and build leader and team capability across a global, matrixed manufacturing environment, partnering with senior leaders and HR partners.

You will lead leadership development, implement scalable learning solutions, and measure outcomes to improve operating performance and talent pipelines across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in organization development, learning, or HR consulting.
• Experience diagnosing organizational challenges and designing interventions in global or multi-site contexts.
• Experience consulting with and facilitating senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Diagnosis & Consulting
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and roadmaps.
• Design and facilitate leadership development experiences connected to business challenges.
• Enable talent reviews, calibration, succession planning and development planning.
• Coach leaders and teams on development priorities using assessments.
• Design, develop, facilitate blended learning solutions and scale facilitator capability.
• Lead a portfolio of OD and learning initiatives with measurable impact.
