Job summary

Grady Health System seeks a Senior Talent Development Architect to design immersive learning experiences across virtual and in-person formats. You will collaborate with HR partners, SMEs, and leaders to ensure high-impact programs that align with organizational goals.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and learning technologies, plus strong project leadership. You will mentor professionals, oversee complex initiatives, and champion innovative learning strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as specified.
• Five or more years in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or related areas.
• Experience designing virtual, classroom, eLearning, blended learning, and leadership development programs.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders across org levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience facilitating leadership and organizational learning programs.
• Certifications such as CPTD/ATD/PMP/Prosci are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver virtual and in-person educational experiences.
• Provide project management oversight for assigned learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, SMEs, facilitators, and leaders across functions.
• Mentor learning professionals and drive innovation in learning strategy.
• Lead complex cross-functional talent development projects.
