Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience building and delivering field training programs.
• Proven ability to create and lead training projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise/department leaders on business strategy.
• Translate strategy into curricula and workshops.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training for field representatives and managers.
• Coach managers on facilitation techniques and alignment with team vision.
• Ensure CCC process understanding and content ownership.
