Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Manager to lead Guides, build a culture of excellence, and open new campuses. You will coach teams, design life-skills experiences, and ensure high standards for student outcomes. This full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years in education or leadership, experience building teams, and a data-driven approach.

Relocation support is available for multiple U.S. campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life-skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and accountability.
